Well, readers, Halloween is fast approaching, and with it, the madness that ensues with any holiday. The pounds of candy bought and hours spent in costume stores is worth it on Halloween night, when people do their favorite thing…. Eat, of course!
But, if you’re one of the citizens struggling to choose a costume, and you’re a fan of villains, here are some ideas that you may use.
1. Bane- I’m sure you can easily pull off a less muscular version of the antagonist from this summer’s blockbuster, “The Dark Knight Rises.” All you need is heavy boots, a heavy coat, and the Bane mask. You really don’t have to wear a shirt, but you probably should, for the consideration of the ones around you.
2. The Lizard/ Dr. Curt Connors- This was the character from another summer superhero movie, “The Amazing Spider-Man.” Essentially he’s a man who becomes a reptile while trying to use DNA of a Komodo Dragon to use the animals ability to regrow body parts. Green makeup, and a lab coat is all it takes!
3. The Joker- Played by Heath Ledger in “The Dark Knight,” yet it’s still wildly popular four years later. Simply smear red makeup around your lips and apply chalky white makeup to the rest of your face. Don’t forget to black your eyes, too.
4. Loki- This was Thor’s brother who appeared in the movies “Thor” and “The Avengers.” For this character just have long, nasty, greasy hair, a green royal-looking coat, and a nifty staff.
