The lunchroom’s attempt to offer fresh fruit daily as opposed to cookies generates a multitude of benefits. Options such as apples provide sustainable energy and boost brainpower. This is an ideal combination in regards to nourishing a student.

While I feel cookies should definitely be available on certain days, in my eyes fruit is a much more sensible option to provide on a regular basis.
