Different people have different outlooks on having their car tagged. While some see it as a simple joke, others feel that it was un necessary and taken a bit too far.
“I’ve gotten my car tagged twice this year. The first time I didn’t mind because it was a good friend of mine, but I did make her clean it,” said sophomore Kennedy Channel.
However it’s not always such a humorous prank.
“The second time, I’m not sure who did it, but they blacked out my windows and it made me mad. I had to wash it by myself,” said Channel.
Teenagers are definitely not the only victims though. Math teacher Sandra Temple has her own experience to share.
“A few softball girls tagged my car after practice one day saying ‘best coach ever, we love you!'” said Temple.
With a great sense of humor, Temple thought it was hilarious.
“I get my car tagged 2-3 times a year,” said Temple.
Shift the focus from the tag-ee to the tagger. Junior John Kimball thinks of himself as a pro.
“One time my friend and I tagged our neighbor’s truck,” said Kimball. “On the back windshield we wrote ‘for sale $600’ with his phone number underneath it. He woke up the next morning to people calling and stopping by to see about buying his truck until he finally washed it off.”
Though he has not been tagged himself, karma will surely make its way around.
