Walking into the completely full theatre, we looked for a seat, getting ready for what we thought was going to be the best movie out of the series. The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 1 was released Nov. 18 directed by Bill Condon, Bella (Kristen Stewart) and Edward (Robert Pattinson).
Bella and Edward must deal with the different moods brought on by a marriage, honeymoon, and the birth of a child who is destroying her from the inside out, which causes an unforeseen and shocking development for Jacob Black (Taylor Lautner).
In this movie it starts with what quickly becomes many people’s favorite scene, Jacob ripping his shirt off before running off into the woods. The time has finally come for Bella and Edward to get married. As they are getting ready for the wedding, Roasalie does Bella’s hair, and Alice does her make up.
Bella is nervous, waiting for her new husband.
As they say their final vows, Edwards takes Bella to a secret family place. Bella ends up pregnant while they are there, and they are forced to cut the honeymoon short. As they are back home to Edwards house, Edwards in dismay, and Bella is in discomfort; the couple is arguing about what to do. This adds trouble to the already shaking treaty with the wolves.
I was quite disappointed in this movie; I didn’t think it was as good as the other movies in this series. I did think it was still a really well plotted movie, it just was not what I expected. This movie has a very gruesome ending, the acting was well rehearsed, and they did a great job.
