My name is Melissa Herrera. This is my first year in The Herald and I am excited about the stories we get to write. Last year I was in journalism, which I liked a lot because we did different activities. Some of my favorite activities are journaling, hanging out with friends, and cooking different recipes. Also I love being with family, I love watching my siblings grow up and start liking different things and always ask for my opinion. I’m looking forward to all the memories I’ll be making in The Herald.
