With everything happening in the world right now,  some people are concerned about something that the government is trying to hide from the world. That would be the Epstein files, which are a collection of documents, evidence, and materials related to the criminal investigations into Jeffrey Epstein.

From the files is the sex trafficking and the abuse of minors.

Epstein was very weird, as reported in an article by Bill Chappell on NPR where he says, Epstein would pay a 14-year-old’s parents for a massage. He would get underaged girls and abuse them in his mansion, and it started by him messaging them and this began in 2002.

According to NPR, in 2008, Epstein was charged guilty of prostitution with a minor, but of course as he is a wealthy rich man, they allowed him to leave and work for 12 hours a day at a foundation he made called Florida Science Foundation, which honestly was probably dumb because everyone should have to do the same thing throughout the day when they are in jail.

The legal system failed the abused, and cover-ups kept Epstein out of prison for way too long. Trump seems to be someone who likes the Epstein files a lot, as he is always trying to tick off the supporters that are against Epstein.

An article by Nicholas Riccardi on PBS said, supporters would say that he was trying to change the subject as if the issues would go away, but of course it won’t.

As more information comes out, a lot more of the case gets presented to citizens. On PBS it was said that Trump was trying to cover it up because he or someone close to him could be possibly involved in this case, and they don’t want to be associated with the case or with Epstein.

The elite networks and connections has had everyone shocked because a lot of people from the past weren’t involved but had connections with Epstein.

An article by Taylor Nicole Rogers for Business Insiders says royals were in Epstein’s contacts, some of them were Prince Andrew’s past wife, Sarah Ferguson, the Duchess of York, and Charles Althorp, Princess Diana’s brother.

A lot of Epstein’s employees were involved in most of them. In an article by Maroosha Muzaffar on Independent, it says his employees would write anonymous letters that would contain stuff about minors and the illegal activity that was happening.

The Epstein files are more than just one man’s crimes. They contain documents that expose stuff that happens in the dark, which is where Trump would like it to stay.

They reveal how wealthy people have it easy when it comes to crimes and how they use money as protection.

This ongoing case shows us how important it is to seek the truth and bring to light the abuses that have taken place, even if that includes exposing the President himself. Why else would he want it kept in the dark?
